Significant experiences, with the result, my role and what I still apply.

  Culiacán Airport Expansion

  I implemented an integrated HSE system at Culiacán; the project accumulated 831 continuous days without a lost-time accident (I joined in March 2023 and sustained the streak until it ended), and I followed up on the system's roll-out at three other airports.

• 

  Emisor Oriente Wastewater Tunnel (TEO), Lot 6

  As QHSE coordinator, I built the management system the consortium did not have and obtained the environmental authorization for an 8.1-million-m³ spoil-disposal site.

• 

  Emisor Oriente Wastewater Tunnel (TEO), Lot 5

  As QHSE supervisor I verified safety in deep foundations, shafts and TBM excavation, and together with the client identified, more than a year ahead, the need for a high-capacity crane.

• 

  G&H Fire Systems de México

  At a small fire-protection systems company my role changed with the project: I coordinated the QHSE of a corporate account, ran site residencies and worked in sales, with clients such as Kimberly-Clark and Toyota.

• 

  SME credit placement

  I built a pipeline that runs from the integration of public-source data to credit disbursement, and placed MXN 18.45 million in SME credit in six months.
